About the job

To enable Tensar's ambitious growth targets we are looking for a Sales Manager whose main task will be to further develop and run the sales organization in Europe.

You will get an exciting and versatile job in a company with the industry's leading brand. You will be responsible for sales representatives all over Europe, regular work trips within Europe will therefore be part of your position.

You will report to the CEO, based in Tanumshede.


Your main assignments will be to:

• Coach, support and develop the sales team
• Ensure motivation, joy and team spirit
• Refine existing sales process and ensure adherence
• Set individual sales targets, follow up and take action
• Contribute to the further development of the company, sales channels and resellers

Your background and experience;

- Experience from field sales of technical solutions/products
- Experience in leading a sales team locally and remote
- A high level of general technical understanding
- Be proficient in spoken and written English and Swedish at a professional level
- Speak a second language, Scandinavian, German or French
- It is an advantage if you have experience in public procurement.
