Examples of tasks:

Manage support and error reporting on our simulators, which are installed when visiting customers, via phone / Teams, email, and/our Team Viewer.

• Document and update support issues on an ongoing basis.
• Supervise both experienced and inexperienced simulator/computer users.
• Collect and communicate feedback from existing customers to your colleagues.
• If needed, installation at the customer.
• Work together with the Support members in Sweden and our sales staff to prevent and remedy common problems.

We would like you to have ...

• At least two years of experience in user (?) support, first-line support.
• In-depth knowledge of the use and administration of Windows.
• Must be able to troubleshoot problems related to third-party applications, drivers and peripherals, networks.
• Experience in Support Systems, Confluence, and Teamviewer is an advantage
• Good knowledge of computer-related hardware and troubleshooting of hardware-related problems therein.
• Masters English / German / Dutch / French in speech and writing. Other languages ​​are meritorious.
• Driving license
